Project/Session Policy

Deposit required to secure time slots and services. Remainder paid in full upon arrival.

 

Any changes or concerns, no matter how big or small, must be addressed no later than 5 business days prior to date of project/session. Each project/session is unique, and this allows the artist enough time to account for and make the necessary adjustments. This includes anything asked or expected of the artist relating to the project/session, a change in the project/session details, location, contact info or concerns with payment.

Return Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of order received. Items that have been special order customized cannot be returned. All paintings cannot be returned. Customer pays return shipping unless it is a wrong size, item or damaged in which case we will e-mail you a return label immediately. We will not process exchange shipments or refunds until the original item is received back and in new condition. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy

Processed quickly and safely your order will be delivered through the United States Postal Service. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount, weight of your order and the items selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
